BioHello all,
A "radar rider" is a form of guided missile, actually. But my work involves lots of radar design and testing, and I ride whatever wave of success I can conjure up. Hence "Radar Rider" is born.
A bit about me: I am President and majority owner of a small radar company in Ottawa Canada. Being an Ottawa entrepreneur after the great tech depression of the early oughts, I have survived and kept my company alive by being optimistic and cheerful, insanely so at times. I will laugh, joke and quip sarcastic in all circumstances, be it my latest radar design catching fire in front of the client at acceptance trials, or press conferences when some clown reporter throws me a loaded question. My glass is not merely half full, I have dunked my head and am drowning in it. I love EVERY day, and will embrace Monday mornings with the same enthusiasm as a Friday evening. I really don't see any point in "calendar prejudice". I love EVERYbody, and approach my colleagues, design engineers and even my known enemies with the same affection and care that I give to my children. I do draw the line at kissing my board of directors on the top of their heads on their way out of my office though. I reserve THAT for my kids.
Someone once said I talk a lot. Now I write a lot! I look forward to some great storytelling. Stay tuned....
